Four others ran. Six to 1 on winner. Won by three lengths. Time 1.33. Mona Nursery.—Bee Bee 1, Koopan 2, Demos 3. Fourteen others ran. Five to 1 Bee Bee. Won by a neck. Time, 50A secs. Eclipse Stakes.—Wakeful 1, Hauturier 2, Postillion 3. Seven others ran. Five to 2 against Abundance, 3 to 1 Wakeful. Tho latter took charge in tho straight and won easily by two lengths. Time 2.24. Hunters’ Cup —Troubridge 1, Labour 2, Woodfiehj 3. Seven others ran. Seven to 1 Troubridge, who won all the way. Time, 8.295. Boongy Handicap.—Eldorslie 1, Mario 2. MacDonovati. 3. Bight others ran, Five to 2 against Nothoß, 3 to 1 Elderslie. Won easily by a length. Time, 2.25. Received 7.54 p.m., Oet. 14. Moonga Handicap.—Murmur 1, Tilbury 2, Abington 3. Twelve others ran. Five to 1 Murmur. Won easily. Time, 1.11.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Following are the results of the Otaki races:— ’ Maiden. —Furnoaux 1, Mooi 2, Romany 3. Won by a head. Divs., £ll 14s and jg 4 Memorial Stakes. Tirole 1, Black Squall 2, Coxswain 3. A splendid race. Divs., £2 Is and 16s. Hurdles.—Aroha 1, Hutana 2, Killarney 3. A good race. Divs., £5 15s and £2los. „ , ■ Demonstration Handicap.— Hydrant 1, Position 2, Apprentice 3. A capital finish. Div., £3 Is. no Flying. Australasia 1, Clovelly 2, Pokeka 3. A bad start, but a good finish. Div., £2 12s. Welter.—Tirole 1, Australasia 2, Miwa 3. Won by a head. Div., £2 16s. Stewards'. —Gold Dredge 1, Delight 2, Whistlers 3. Won easily. Divs., £6 4s and 17s. The weather was perfect, and there was a large attendance and good racing. In the Hurdles nine jockeys were fined £5 each for refusing to start at the appointed time. The sum of £4473 was passed through the machine.

Dunedin, last night.
The Dunedin Jockey Club spring meeting was well attended. Tho weather was warm, but a smart shower fell before the last race. The racing was interesting, and the match between Pampero and Canteen aroused the greatest enthusiasm. The The sum of £3828 10s was put through the machines, compared with £3031 10s last year. Following are the results First Hurdles—Roller 1, Southerly Buster 2, Aropata 3. Also started : Waikaia and Snapshot. Waikaia ]umpcd the rails at five furlongs. Won comfortably by three lengths.
