Bulgarian troops having been ordered to stop bands crossing tho frontier and fire upon them if necessary, one was fired upon near Rito. Desperate fighting occurred between three bands and 600 Turks at Seltzo, Wibra district. The insurgents had 50 casualties. Colonel Sardfofg and 600 men arriving surrounded the Turks, only 40 of whom escaped. The remainder were killed. Berlin, Oct. 13.
