CHRISTCHUHCH WATER SUPPLY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, last night. The City Council, at a special mooting this evening, decided to take u poll of the ratepayers on the instalment of a large water aupply scheme, which will cost £130,000, but a partial scheme on which a poll will be taken is to cost .£50,000. It is proposed to place the other instalments before the ratepayers later on.
