A ROUGH GAME. (Per Press Palmerston North, last night. The representative match, Wanganui v. Manawatu, played here yesterday," resulted in a win for Manawatu by 8 points (two tries, one converted), to 3 (unconverted try). The game on the whole was a fine exposition of football, though during the latter half muoh roughness was displayed, resulting in two visitors and one local man. being ordered off. Several cautions were administered. Galloway, of Manawatu, sustained a dislocation of the shoulder.
