LICENSING REFORM.
[By Toiograpn—Press Asßooiution.j Wellington, last night A meeting convened by a number of Anglican clergy attending the Diocesan Synod was held to-day purpose of considering the question of municipalising the liquor trade. A resolution in favor of this step was carried, and it was resolved that an association for the reform of tho liquor traffic should be formed.
