At a meeting of 2000 Socialists at Vienna, after violent speeches wore delivered, a resolution was submitted that the Czar’s visit to Vienna was an insult to Austria’s liberal and humane population, and expressing sympathy with the Czar’a unhappy subjects. Tho Austrian Government representative present would not allow the motion to be put to the meeting.
