Things are looking well in this portion of the district, the complaints of dry weather in other parts not applying to us. Mr A. B. Carmichael is having some fine work done on his property, a large area having already been put under the plough and the seed sown. ludeed, travellers this way cannot help being struck with the many improvements being effected. Mr J. Dover is having a new house erected, and there are other evidences of industrial development.
