Arbitration Court, delivered in the case brought by the Broken Hill miners against the Proprietary, in which they claimed a reduction of hours from 48 to 46, and extra pay for overtime, the Court declined to allow the men’s claims. Respondents asked for ten per cent, reduction of wages. The Judge stated that although there was evidence in support of the demand he was not in. dined to allow it from a general view of the circumstances. Tho award will affect 6000 men, and operates from November 1 next to October 31, 1905,
