TRAWLING COMPANY.

CAPITAL OF £300,000. By Telegraph— Press Association. Christchurch, last night. Mr Watson Dering, who is representing I an English company formed to trawl New Zealand waters, states that a company with a capital of £300,000 has been formed I and operations will commence about Juno noxt year. Ten trawlers will be used, and throe of these, it is proposed, will be built in New Zealand. Shares will be offered to New Zealanders. Tho company will open fish shops in all towns in the colony that will tuko a certain quantity of fish. Works for preserving will be established at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and the Bluff. After the Now Zealand demand has boon satisfied, fish will be sent to Australia and South Africa, and also probably it is expectod to England.
