EXCITEMENT OVER THE EM' PEROIi’S MANIFESTO.

Great excitement is manifested m Hungary over Emperor Francis having issued a resolute army order overruling the Hungarian military demands. He declares that the army must remain united and undivided, strong enough to defend Austria against every foe. He expresses his intention to continue to harmonize the various nationalities, turning to the best account tho special qualities of each for the common good. Maygar newspapers unanimously declare that payment of taxes and furnishing recruits be refused until national aspirations are conceded.
