If no case of small-pox is roportod before Saturday next, the Tasmanian Government propose to remove vaccination restrictions on passengers by rail and otsnmor at Launceston. The outbreak in Tasmania has had a deterront effect on the usual tourist bookings for the ensuing season from this State, and caused inquiry for passagos to Now Zealand, but the quarantine delays imposed in that colony are likely to affoct tho stream of tourists there unloss modified, diverting visitors to New South Wales during tho summer.
