Per Press Association. Hamilton, last night. At tho Magistrate’s Court, Charles L. Innes was charged with making a fal declaration on a consignment and there Bonding throe cases of beer to Ongari King Country, described as “ hop ” boor. Defendant stated that tho beer bad been sent by accident in place of hop beer. Ho was convicted, but the fine has yet to bo inflicted.
