STAMP COLLECTING.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MUTILATED STAMPS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 15. Walter John Richards, principal clerk in the Postal Department at Somerset House, and Anthony Busk Creoke, solicitor, have been sentenced at Old Bailey to six months imprisonment on a charge of being in unlawful possession of certain mutilated official stamps. Creeke acted as intermediary in selling to dealers.
