By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh Received 1 3 a.in., Sept. 16. Sydney, Sept. 15.
The Runic to-morrow ships 10,000 carcases of frozen mutton, first of a consignment of 38,GQO.which Arthur Kidman has arranged to despatch to England during this next month. After inspection by Mr Copeland, the Minister of Agriculture, and others interested in the export trade, including a number of New Zealanders,JMr Kidman said his experience in London showed that as regards quality and dressing New Zealand mutton was tho best. He believed, given the same favorable conditions as obtained in New Zealand, they could do just as well as New Zealanders if they paid the same attention to such details as dressing and general finish. He intended to show they could do equally as well.
