jockey censured for interfering WITH WAKEFUL.

In connection with Wakeful dropping back on the far side of the courso in the Spring Stakes on Saturday, the Jockey Club inquired into tho alleged interference with the mare at that stage by Postillion, whose jockey was severely cautioned.

Cruciform and Wakeful meet again’tomorrow in the Craven Plate. ,Both did flying galiops this morning, Cruciform covering seven furlongs in 1.28, Wakeful the sis furlongs in 1.151-. Great interest is being taken in the race. The Telegraph expects Cruciform will win again and testify to the correctness of the first day’s running. Mr Stead has received a number of telegrams congratulating him on the win in the Spring Stakes, including one from Mr Seddon.
