A MEAT COMPANY’S THREAT.

(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, last night,

Mr Gilbert Anderson, managing director of tho Christchurch Meat Company, states that his Company will appeal against the decision of the Magistrate in favor of making all butchers and companies kill at the Municipal abattoirs all meat intended for local consumption. If the decision of the Magistrate is upheld he says the Company will close its shops in town.
