Ah' Ilook, ’a Chinaman, ran amok at Carawon. Ho shot a Chinaman, a Japanese, ami a Japanese girl, dead, and dangerously injured another Chinaman. He slightly wounded the arresting ecnstable. Hook first shot the Chinaman over a money dispute, and then the girl. In the melee a lamp was overturn ed, and the house, together with the dead body of the girl, was destroyed. Ilook then proceeded to a Japanese laundry, shot a Japanese, and drew on the constaihle, hut the revolver missed fire. lie then stabbed the constable m iho chest with a knife.
