PENSION FRAUDS
per Press Association. Invercargill, last night. The S.M. to day ordered pensioners, man and wife, to refund £lB each overpaid during three years through fraudulent representations. They had been trafficking in lands and making money. When iaxed with misrepresentations they eaul the money was used to purchase property which was their son’s, but no record could be shown of his interest in tho transactions. As the parties are illiterate, and debarred from applying for pensons for a year tho Magistrate convicted and discharged on a oharge of fraud,
