PRANKING LETTERS
Per Press Association. Auckland, last night. At a special meeting o£ the Board of Education it was dooided that the Secretary should write to the Under Secretary for Education strongly protesting against the decision of the Government to withdraw from the secretaries of Education Boards the privilege of franking letters and telegrams on public service.
