ILLNESS OF JUDGE CONOLLY.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Judge Conolly’s condition is very critical. He is suffering .from seizure, with loss of speech. The criminal sessions havo been of a trying nature for a man of bis age. He is not expected to be able to resume bis duties on the Bench.
