THE END NEAR AT HAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 9.18 a.m., August 23. „ London, Aug. 22. The sacramont was administered to Lord Salisbury on Thursday eyening. Oxygen was given on Friday, and induced a very slight rally. He took half a glass of milk. A bulletin issued at 6 last evening showed that, his condition was unchanged, The one at 9.30 stated there was a slight improvement manifested. Latest messages state that tho end is very near.
