London, Aug. 22, A Bluebook issued contains the colonies' replies in regard to the publication of the proceedings at the Premiers’ Conference dealing with preferential trado. Cape Colony, Canada, and Newfoundland adhere to the Conference decision in the matter, while Natal offers no objections to the publication.
