NORTH ISLAND TOURNAMENT.
Per Press Association. Auckland, last night,
At the meeting of the Auckland Bowling Club it was decided to hold the North Island tournament in Auckland on January lltb, 1904. Resolutions were carried to the effect that the cost of future tournaments should bo borne by all clubs affiliated to tho Northern Association, and urging tho latter to strike an annual levy of 2s per member to meet expenses, and that a player after delivery must not follow a distanco exceeding ton feet from tho mat.
