SORTING MAILS.
IMPATIENT COMMERCIAL MEN. Per Press Association. Auckland, last night. At the moeting of tho Council of the Chamber of Commerce, tho President, Mr Kent, made a statement with reference to the delay in the sorting of tho last mail from San Francisco, in which he laid, the blame upon the Government. From relb able information be had received, Mr Kent stated that the post office staff was both overworked and undermanned, and he added that compulsory vaccination of post office officials had a good deal to do with the delay in sorting the mails.
