Vionna, Aug. 18. Austria was not consulted, nor informed officially, regarding the despatch of a Russian squadron. The news was received in Vienna with doubt and dissatisfaction. Austria is now trying to dissuade the Czar from makiug a demonstration, inasmuch as the Sultan has begun reparation for the murder of Rostovsky.
