COACHING ACCIDENT.

THE DRIVER AND TWO HORSES DROWNED. (Per Press Association.) Wanganui. Saturday. The Chief Postmaster here has been notified that the mail coach from Opunake to Eltham was washed down the Mangawbero river yesterday. The driver, Kidd, and two horseß were drowned, and the coach and mails lost. Parties are out searching for the body and mails. Seven bags of mails have been recovered.
