Omer Pasha is leading 16 battalions from Prezrend to Monastir, and mobilising 24 fresh battalions of' reserves .in Salonica district. The insurrection is Bprbading in the direction of Salonica and Uskub.
London, Aug. 7. Tho Times says that since reform and settlement have failed it is urgently neoes*--sary for Russia and Austria to consider 'whether they ought longer refrain frotn more decisive steps.
