By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 11.48 p.m., Aug. 10. London, Aug. 10. The Exhibition Commissioners have awarded a science research scholarship of £l5O to Arthur Boyd, Sydney University, and granted Richard Hosking, Melbourne, and Mathers Albert Hunter, New Zealand, a second year. POSTAL MATTERS. Tho Post Office annual report regrets tho failure to extend penny postage to Australia.
