THE NIWARU.
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night.;
The s.s. Niwaru arrived from Napier at 2 a.m. She was making 9in of water per hour when leaving Napier. Off the Bast Cape the mat covering the hole carried away, and the inflow increased to 12in per hour. The Niwaru docks tomorrow.
