THIRTEEN PEOPLE KILLED.

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 27. A crowded excursion train entering Stouochs, Glasgow, at too fast a speed, crashed into the buffers at the end of the platform. Two of the leading carriages telescoped, killing 12 people, who were terribly mutilated. Many were injured.
