TORTURED TO DEATH. The Mujiks horribly tortured and murdered Prince Gagariane at his estate at Michailofsk, and beat the Princess severely. They killed the Prince' Uriuofi in the same district. 'i’he largest petroleum works at Fbaku were set on lire.
KING, KAISER, AND CZAR. LONDON, July 28. 'Pile Standard asserts that the King in September takes the Marienbad cure, and meets the Kaiser and the Czar at Darmstadt.
