COURT OF APPEAL.
By Telegraph.—Press ABBooiation. Wellington, last night. In the Badger case, before the Appeal Court, Mr Jeiiiooe occupied all to-day as well as most of yesterday in setting out his argument on behalf of the defendant. His principal objections were that the conditions precedent to the right to proseoute had not yet been complied with. Judgment was reserved.
