A young lad named Ernest Henderson, aged 17 years, of Rata, died at Marton on Sunday. He played in a third.class football match for Rata againse Marton on Saturday, and retired before the game was finished. In the evening he became unconscious, and never recovered. A post-mortem showed that deceased had received a kick in the abdomen. A verdict to that effect was returned at the inquest. The kick was received during the progress of the game. A ; -
