Both ’Houses devoted the afternoon sit ting to further debate on the AddressinReply, the speakers in the House being Messrs Colvin, Reid, Hanan, and Ell. L. •X a JL Barber, and YVitheford, the latter mnk’ag thfe 42nd momber that has spoken in the debate. There are still a number of other mombors to speak.
