Auckland, last night. A fatal tram accident occurred to day to a man named John Cavanagh, cook at the Marist Bros.’ school. He fell off the car whilst in motion, striking his head on the road and sustaining concussion of the brain. He was removed to the hospital, and died four hours afterwards.
