HAYGARTH’S COMEDY COMPANY.

There was a good attendance at the Theatro Royal last evening, when Haygarth’s Comedy Company staged “ Charley’s Aunt,” the piece being received with even greater enthusiasm than on the first occasion. Mr Haygarth gave a capital impersonation of Cnarley’3 Aunt, from Brazil. He was ably supported by Mr G. Kensington as Mr Spettigue, whilst Messrs G. Gardiner, W. Stent, J. Lyndon, and C. C. Waud made the most of their opportunities. Miss F. lvehuc Dempsey scored a great success as Donna Lucia D’Alvadores. Misses Ivy Manniug, P. Haygarth and Ella Lang were also well received. The music was supplied by the orchestra under Mr J. H. Gittos, and was much appreciated.

" PRIVATE SECRETARY ” TO NIGHT.

This evening the “ Private Secretary ” wiil be put on by special request, and theatre goers would do well to take this last opportunity of seeiDg the funniest of comedies, not forgetting Mr E. D. Hay. garth as the Rev. Robert Spaulding, Judging by the enthusiastic manner in which the comedy was received on Thursday evening, a packed house should be the result this evening.
