BLENHEIM, last night.
A. poll was held to-day ou a proposal to adopt rating on unimproved values in the borough of Blenheim. The proposal was carried by 224 votes to (!■!. Only about half the number of ratepayers on the roll went to the poll. The new system will he adopted in April next
