PITIFUL CIROUMSTANCES

(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last night

‘An inquest; touching the death of Catherine Milne), aged sixty-eight, who was found dead in bed, was held to-day. Tlie evidence was to the effect that deceased was a lonely woman, and followed the occupation of nurse. Slu: was last seen over a fortnight ago at her house, at St. Albans, and a married son on Monday night forced an entrance into her house, and found Her dead in ibed. The indications were that she had been dead for a considerable time. A verdict- of death from heart disease was .returned.-
