Accused said Judge Conolly had never had such a case before. This was a liquor conspiracy. Accused: Very well, you will have a chance if this sort of thing continues. Ills Honor: You are addressing people outside the Court who have nothing to do witn the ease. Accused : Haven’t they, if their mothers and brothers and sisters arc being killed '! ll is Honor : I order you to be silent, except to put proper questions. Accused proceeded with bis examination of Hr Goliins with reference to certain patients treated in the hospital.
