The rarpenfers’ award affecting the North Canterbury employers was given at the Arbitration Court on Saturday ing as follows ; -Minimum wage 10s bd daily, eight hours, 44 hours week s work, over-time, time and a quarter first four hours, time and a-half afterwards, men sent to country jobs receive travelling expenses aud 10 per cent, on wages for board. Preference for Unionists.
