WAIKOKOPU HARBOR.
MR BELL’S SCHEEE ADOPTED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wairoa, yesterday. The Waikokopu Harbor Board has finally decided to adopt Mr Napier Bell's modified scheme of a breakwater, 300 ft in length, and a wharf of Soft, to cost £10,550.
