Mr R. W. Hanbury died to day. |The late Right Hon. R. W. Hanbury, P.C., was President of the Board of Agriculture in the Imperial Government. He had represented Preston in the House of Commons since 1885 ; M.P, for Tamworth from 1872-8, and Staffordshire North 1878 80. He was born in 1815, and was educated at Rugby and Corpus Christi College, Oxford, He was appointed Financial Secretary to the Treasury in 1899, and in 1900 became President of the
