Wanganui, last night. At the Coatt to-day seventy-three infori illations for breaches of the School Attendance Act were heard. In fifty-three cases fines were imposed. A Wellington bill poster, who was a few days ago titled £Z for sticking bills on telegraph poles, was to-oay fined similarly for sticking bills on a bridge.
