Nelson, last night. At the City Council meeting to night objection was taken to the reports in outside journals as to enteric in Nelson. Two cases were reported for the last fortnight, making twenty-two since the beginning of the year. A letter was received from ”he Health Officer re the erection of an infectious diseases hospital, and the Council agreed to reply that they were ready to contribute towards such a building if the other iocal bodies were compelled to do the same.
