The agreement arrived at at tho Premiers’ Conference ou tho use of the Murray river water provides that during tho normal years of low discharge, New South Wales and Victoria bo restricted as to tho quantity drawn oil the increase or decrease, this quantity to no contingent ou tho height of the river at Morgan, South Australia. The agreement is for tivo years, three Commissioners to represent each State concerned to be appointed to administer tho agreement, in the event of a dispute the Uiicf Justice of Queensland will be solo arbitrator.
