Dreyfus has addressed a letter to General Andre, asking that an enquiry bo held in connection with the letter attributed to Lie Kaiser, and other documents. Dreyfus emphasises that the revelations recently made by Lieutenant Uelmuth prove that tiro evidence .it the Rennes trial by Ozcrunskt constituted perjury.
