Napier, last night. The Hawke’s Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society held their second Autumn Show to-day. The exhibits were greatiy in excess of iast year, and the display on
the whole was an exceedingly creditable I one tor the province. The snow of fruit, dowers, and root crops would be hard to j beat anywhere, while fat stock, grains, seeds and butter were all first-class. A leaping match, night alarm section competition, and leading and jumping competition were included in the programme, and proi ect interesting events. Tne weather was beautifully fine, and the attendance large.
