Mr Cavew delivered judgment to-day in the Ladv Boxburgh Company v. Whyte, claim for calls. W. L. Findlay, for the defence, contended that as some calls were made too soon they were voidable, and that before subsequent calls became recoverable the voidable ones must be formally declared void. The amouut involved was 6s call on 100 shares. The defendant paid a sixth, but resisted payment of the other five. Verdict given for and 11th calls, with interest added, the total judgment being £24 9s Sd, costs £4 4s. ,
