Wellington, last night,

Mr P. S. Laurie, Marine Superintendent, representing tho Koe Guam Shipping Company, an influential Maritime Company in tho East, has completed final arrangements for the purchase of the Union Company’s four vessels, the Waihora, Rotorua, Janet Nicoll, and Omapere. Tho Waihora is already on the way to Newcastle, and will load 2000 tons of coal for Penang, and then proceed to take up the running in the new service. Tho throe other steamers will shortly leave for the East.
