Consols are at 901. ’Frisco wheat is at 142£; freight to Sydney is 11s. The wool sold for home consumption is 72,500 bales; for the Continent, 71,000; America, COOO ; held over, 17,500. Compared with January rates all fine merinos advanced 5 per cent. Coarse grades are occasionally in sellers' favor. Fine crossbreds are unchanged. Medium have recovered from tho opening decline. Coarse, after occasional weakness, hardened, and closed firm at opening rates. Lambs’ wool advanced five to 10 per cent. Blips realised were : Akito 4:jd, Otekaike B£d.
